I like numerous people have heard of the whole ‘love at first sight’ phenomenon.  I for one have on no occasion been in a situation quite like that, but I can without doubt conjure up a resembling sentiment. It has always appeared like such a superficial way of ascertaining the person you want or will spend your life with. If looks were what determined relationships, the world would possibly be in a worst state than it already is in.

As much as I would take pleasure in going on and on with my theories and philosophies, moving on to the beginning of my tale would be for the best.

Now, yesterday was a day full of uncomfortable moments and wandering eyes. Spending five hours on a bus with several persons you know nothing of certainly isn’t the ideal situation for me. What makes the position five times as horrible is spending five hours on a bus with several persons you know nothing of who are undoubtedly smarter than you in ways you aren’t able to even comprehend. I am not dumb by any means, but I’m certainly more intellectual compositionally (Not a word apparently) than audibly. To the point, I was more than intimidated. And when someone is intimidated they tend to withdraw into their shell until all that’s remaining is a shadow of the individual that used to be.

The best thing about this is that it leaves room to listen and observe which is something most of us tend to never do. You can definitely learn a lot about a person or group of people by the way they interact with one another and life itself. Though I had the mentality of keeping a distance from these people, two hours into the trip and I had decided I was in lust with or and infatuated with either Subject I, Subject II, or Subject III (Names withdrawn for the sake of the parties involved.. and or the writer [More so me]) . All the same I wouldn’t put it past me for it to be all three.

The thing is I was in a room full of guys; I would pay no attention to either of these guys. But then again, if I were in a room full of guys I would have shied away into a corner almost immediately. Anyway, you could say I learned a valuable lesson. Brains will certainly always win over looks. In all my life, I have never met any guys even comparably smart to these three men. And to think they are only of such a young age.  I use only lightly since I’m obviously in no place to make snarky comments about their age.

It’s almost funny how a word in my direction by any of these guys had me blushing like a school girl. Of course blushing being a figurative expression, due to the whole fact that I can’t or won't visibly blush.
